Gas deposit help

Hi!!! My name Is Harry and im in need of some assistance. I need around $60 to pay a deposit for centerpoint energy (gas). Im disabled and on a fixed income. I have been to several churches and no help there. Their is several assistance programs here in arkansas. But they will only help after service is started. Someone please help me im freezing my butt off here and no one cares.

Ohh yeah im having too pay a $60 dollar deposit because I apparently had gas in my name when I was 5 years old and that bill kept going till now. Obviosly it wasnt me so they are not making me pay that but instead I owe them a $160 deposit instead... And since im disabled I cannot afford this payment.
